Thanks to our partnership with GPI (a Romanian HR consulting company with over 20 years of experience), we can now use an online evaluation platform for Personality, Cognitive Abilities, Occupational Interests and specific job abilities: GR8PI, the cloud-based “Next Generation People Intelligence Platform”.

We apply friendly, easy-to-use tools and processes to help our clients attract, assess, match, select, onboard, manage, develop, benchmark and maintain workforces anywhere in the world.

The assessments (tests) and 360° Feedback can be used in projects related to:

These tools, created by a large team of trustworthy Romanian psychologists and improved on a permanent basis, are fully customisable upon the needs and requirements of our clients. We can adapt almost anything, from candidate invitations to reports, and your own branding - including video and social media support.

Cloud-based technology: the tools are available anywhere, anytime, on any device.

You don’t have to worry about the security issues: the platform is based on JAVA and hosted in Germany, which has some of the most rigid data protection laws and regulations in the world.

A summary report, an individual candidate report, with detailed information and explanations that are easy to understand and apply, an interview report, a management report with coaching and development suggestions and, if needed, a career counseling report.
