Through tests measuring dimensions like extraversion, agreeability, conscientiousness, stability, openness to experience, positive thinking, stress, energy and vitality, curiosity, connection to others and many more, we can assess everything from behavioural characteristics to cognitive ability and occupational interests.
Starting with these measurements, we will have a more accurate image over the individual potential and future development within the organization.
